Environment analysis system for target advertisement content

Companies spend billions of dollars on advertising per year and perform intensive research on the correlation between particular brands and products. However, these companies have no dynamic way to use that research.

The novel contribution is a system that facilitates a dynamic method of advertising in which the environment is scanned to intelligently select which advertisement (ad) to display on a user's mobile device.

The system comprises a visual technology device (e.g., a camera), a database of brand-based products, and a library of the studies regarding the correlations between brands and products. Based on this information and an analysis of the current environment, the system displays a relevant advertisement on a user's mobile device.

In a preferred embodiment, this system works as follows:

1. Visual device is turned on or an ad is registered to show 2. Visual device scans the environment for known products and brands 3. This information is sent back to a system where analysis of data is performed 4. System then sends forth to the visual device a group of ads to display based on the analysis of brands and products found in the environment
