DETAILED DESCRIPTION

    When launching or scheduling an online meeting, it can be inconvenient due to the need to edit or complete data on several pages with several steps. It is too complex for most mobile applications. A more convenient User Interface (UI) is needed to start or directly schedule a meeting.

    A process is presented herein for an endless timeline to start or schedule a meeting. This presents a tool to easily enable users to easily manage and control their meetings or events. FIGs. 1-9 below illustrate the basic functions that can be performed.

    The following description is provided for the lock feature referred to above. Since on mobile devices, the screen is too small, which can cause an accidental or unintentional operation, the lock feature is provided to avoid something from be changed by an unexpected mistake, since the timeline information or agenda info is an insight trigger and it will sync to the backend timing/calendar server at once to trigger global events. When in a lock state, the behavior context will enter into whole timeline level, and avoid some special event object level behaviors to be disturbed such as detail event editing status or further multiple sub-timeline splitter. Sometimes the lock feature is used to protect very confidential or important timeline or agenda info which may be a global arrangement and will affect very large scope of people and processes.

There are several lock modes.

    a) Lock under a default timer, such as 3s no-operation duration will automatically lock.


b) Explicit detail operation complete notification.

c) Smart multiple condition trigger by backend conditions from timing/calendar

server.
There are several unlock modes. The following are examples.

    a) By tracking the operation behavior, the UI tracker can automatically trigger the unlock and popup tips according to behavior context. If there are no further operations, it will lock it.

    b) By smart notification or alert, a user can get into the operations via smart entry, e.g., just a prompted button or link on the alert, etc.
