Abstract

The present invention relates to a magnetic damper for drive gas check valve of anesthesia ventilator. The invention proposes a magnetic damping apparatus for the drive gas check valve used in single valve controlled anesthesia ventilator. The proposed apparatus provides zero friction, super sensitive, precisely controlled and high reliable damping feature for the drive gas check valve, which is a key for the performance and reliability of anesthesia ventilator.

BACKGROUND

The present invention relates generally to an electric generator and more particularly to a technique for fusing armature and stator windings by utilizing rebrazing method.

In general, field coil rework includes rebrazes of copper butt joints in the field. Conventional techniques include, for example, vise grip clamping that provides inconsistent fit-up. As a result, test specimens fail u-bend tests.

Another conventional technique includes methods and apparatus for fusing armature wires to a commutator. Further, the technique includes fusing stator lead wires and stator hooks. The fusing operation is performed according to a predetermined force or displacement function that is stored in a control circuit.

One other conventional technique includes a self-immersing wetting balance. Wetting balance includes a load cell for suspending a specimen above a crucible containing a molten braze pool. In operation, a lift is operated for a predetermined time following first contact for immersing the specimen to a predetermined depth in the pool.

However, the above mentioned conventional techniques includes utilization of inconsistent pressure to secure interface positions of the butt joint which results in failure in the braze metal.

Therefore there is a need in the art to provide a technique for testing pitch system and battery life without losing availability of wind turbine system and with enhanced safety.
