To add a methodology to use extra power to be a switching cooling power to save power and make leakage smaller to be an optimal setting.

Description:


It will be easy to measure the power leakage from temperature measurement. If we need to reduce power leakage, we need to add more cooling power. The power leakage should be a function of temperature, we can measure the best point and to get back some cooling power from CPU's leakage.

How it works/ Implementation:


Instead of changing what is doing today, fan power is considered as a parameter to "over-drive" the fan speed. Fans rotate at speed tops to the what the leakage can be saved.
