Problems

After someone setup OOO in Email, when other colleagues send meeting invitation to him, will receive

auto reply email to tell he is on vacation

The meeting host has to find his back from the auto reply email


It's very inconvenient

The meeting host has to invite his back again to the meeting

Receive the OOO email

Add a function to Out-of-Office Notification. Allow user to define a rule to delegate the accepted invitation to his backup(s). This solution has below advantages:

1. The host does not have to contact invitee's backup

2. The host does not have to invite the invitee's backup again

3. It provides convenience for all the users

Our solution provides below functions:

The meeting host sends the invitation to the invitees.

The invitee who has already setup the OOO notification, after he receives the invitation, the system will help to delegate the invitation to his delegators.

The invitee can setup a rule to set what kind of invitation to delegate which backup.
