As the rise of traffic accidents, people are in urgent need of ways to avoid the accidents, esp. for mobile users at night. At present, there are some devices to warn drivers of nearby environment. But this solution still can not effectively avoid traffic accidents because of the following reasons:

1. Most of such devices are not applicable for pedestrians.

2. The devices are peripherals. It is inconvenient to carry the devices when walking.

3. Users have to buy the devices, which is not economical.

This idea is to use GPS or base station to detect each other for the mobile users and drivers at night, and notify each other to avoid traffic jams.

Several notification methods.

1. Stop the music and play the alert sound

2. Show the mobile users in front screen

3. Glitter with red light

This invention can be used for automobile makers to improve overall performance of automobiles.

Here is the scenario and process.

1. Both mobile users and car drivers have the device (mobile phone or car device) which can access GPS and Base station. And the position information are stored in back-end server and share to each other

2. Mobile user is walking on the road at night. And car is approaching the mobile user.

3. When the position between mobile users and car is under the pre-defined threshold, will notify each other.

For Car:

- Show the mobile user in front screen

- Glitter with red light
