Drawback

Drawback:

:: Even with the mail tree, user still need to cost time to expand every mail, scroll the mail page up and down, and is corrupted by the mail title and signature. This patent wants to resolve this problem by finding a way to easily scan and read

With this invention integrated with mail client, user could generate a simple page for a long session mail which involved may people in it and then user could read content from the start person to the mail end. The treated content of the page has cut off the redundancy content in the mail, such as title and signature, it only reserves some important content, like from/to users, mail body, ordered by sending time. When navigating in the page, user could hover mouse on from/to person name, person card will pop up with user's signature and mail address.

This solution provides an intelligent way for users to manage their long session mail and make it more easier to archive mails . It includes 3 parts:

1. Solution to extract long session mail to a simple page which has mail header and signature cut off.

2. Solution to sort the mail content in chronological order.

3. Solution to show user's business card, such as user's mail address, signature and etc, on the page.

With this treatment, mail content is well arranged, user could save much time in reading mails with long threads. When archiving mail files, user could save much local storage space by saving such treated files.

It's very easy to implement this idea by integrating it as a selection of right-click menu or as short-cut button into mail client software.
