Personalizing emails that are sent out in batch format to a group of recipients is something that has been around for quite some time. For example, Mail Merge is a technology that allows the ability to send multiple emails that are personalized via a template.

The disclosed method introduces the ability for a brand to send in a customized template that is read in and interpreted by the SBS at runtime. This system provides the ability for brands to send out emails, newsletters, etc with, per user, customization but also content that is dynamic and further customized for each user.
