Abstract

Traditional robot controller platform consisted of a lot of components like Main Computer, Axis Computer, Servo-Drive, Teach Pendent etc,which has low level of integration and usually makes system complex and expensive. This invention proposes a new solution for high level of integration for all the necessary components into a single platform which makes the robot controller system compact with additional cost & size reduction. Due to the high level of integration, the All-In-One Robot Controller will have the advantage of cost & size effective, high system reliability, compact design which will give great value to the customers.

Problem Overcome by the Invention

Traditional robot controller platform consisted of a lot of components like Main Computer, Axis Computer, Servo-Drive, Teach Pendent etc which has low level of integration and usually makes system complex and expensive.

Size & Cost reduction, Due to the high level of integration, size & cost can be dramatically reduced compared with traditional robot controller (normally >50% cost & size down). System reliability has been improved, Due to the high level of integration, cable connection has been removed & component has been reduced a lot which gives advantages for system reliability improvement.
