Considering employees in most enterprises use instant message for daily communication, we developed this idea: A way to resolve this kind of problem by using a generic adaptable and data driven automatic communication robot based on instant messaging system that can be applied to the different business scenarios.

In this inventor, a method and system based on instant messaging system was proposed to resolve above problems, which will permit a rule engine to be called based upon tasks captured from business scenarios to explicitly generate instance messaging communication robot. The adaptable communication robot comprises utilizing a standard UI interface to accept business scenario and a rule engine to act upon such tasks base on different customer's business scenarios.
