Abstract

When users use mobile to call others to get calls, distinguish the voice of the mobile owner and caller by tone. Besides tones, it can also be distinguished by speed, accent, volume and other characters. Voice of each person has special tones and characters. Tones of the mobile owner and common callers can be saved in the mobile database, and mobile can compare it when users use mobile to call others or get calls. Then mobile can increase the voice of the mobile owner and callers, decrease the noise and voice of other persons. Also mobile can compare the voice of callers with the voice that is saved in the mobile database. If mobile finds it's not the same voice that is saved before, or the voice is not real human voice cut electronic synthetic voice, or there is no noise in the voice at all or very little noise, or the voice is very nervous or abnormal, mobile can give warning that maybe the phone call is not coming from correct caller, but some others or even cheaters. If it's confirmed the voice is from a cheater, mobile can submit the voice to a social media web site, and indicate the voice is from a cheater. Then later when others get phone calls from the same cheater, their mobile can compare the voice with the social media database, and warn the mobile owner the caller may be a cheater. The social media voice database can also be used in other situations, such as credit systems, customs, and so on.

For mobile users, Sometimes the phone is not used by the correct users, but some others who may steal/get the phone. The stealer may use the phone to call others or answer the calls. In this situation, sometimes mobile cannot distinguish it and warn the owner of the phone or the call listeners. Also sometimes mobile users may get phone calls of cheaters, but mobile users cannot distinguish it soon and may be cheated. And sometimes when mobile users use the mobile to call others or answer the calls, it's too noisy for users to listen/transfer the caller voice clearly.

Nowadays, some mobiles can decrease the noise of the environment, and increase the human voice. But they cannot distinguish human voice of different persons and handle it accordingly.

The idea here is distinguishing tones and characters of different persons, and process the corresponding voice in mobiles. The idea is described as below.


1. When users use mobile to call others, distinguish the voice of the mobile owner by tone. Besides tones, the voice of the mobile owner can also be distinguished by speed, accent, volume and other characters. Voice of each person has special tones and characters. The tone of the mobile owner can be saved in the mobile database and compare it when users use mobile to call others. Also mobile can search and find the largest human voice if there are different human voices, and the largest voice should be the voice of the caller. Then mobile can increase the voice of the mobile owner, decrease the noise and voice of other persons.


2. The voice tones and characters of other persons (especially the frequently callers) can be saved in the mobile database, match with the mobile address book. Then when users get phone call from another person (person B) and answer it, mobile can distinguish the voice of B according to tones and other characters, and increase the voice of B, decrease the noise and voice of other persons.


3. When mobile users get phone calls from others, for example, get phone call from B (name in address book of the mobile), mobile can compare the voice with the voice of B that is saved in the mobile database. If mobiles find it's not the voice of B, or the voice is not real human voice cut electronic synthetic voice, or there is no noise in the voice at all or very little noise, or the voice is very nervous or abnormal, mobile can warn the mobile owner that maybe the phone call is not coming from B, but some others or even cheaters.
