Abstract

With the exponential growth of information, deliver right information to make right decision is the most challenging thing. Nowadays, most of existing tools are trying to provide personalized information, which helps users to make decisions with confidence. users can see many services and e-commerce websites are trying to provide similar intelligence search concept. However, the more related information means more complexity, long judge time and less confidence. It introduces an visualized interactive method to classify and prioritize the related information to solve above situations. Interactive method for searching, classifying and prioritizing related information which fetched by system. Advantages: a. Users could make decision easily by the smarter classified and visualized information b. Users could select several contents(text, video, image) to get visualized and prioritized suggestions by relevance.

Interactive method for smarter classified and visualized information

It explains the interactive method for display information and interact with it in search cases . The scenario is, user use his own device browsing an e-commerce website and struggled between two similar products and hard to make decision . However, user's device has already stored many raw data of his preferences, now user can enable a smarter tool to identify what user cares about , and use this visualization widget to get the comparison at the same place, which including spec., reviews and prices, etc.

As figure 1 illustrates, when user browsing e-commerce website and wants to know the details of interested product , user highlight the name by cursor, the widget will be activated.

As figure 2 illustrates, after the widget was activated, user could check the information that displayed the relationship between the selected product and user. The higher relevance with user would displayed in the bigger area. The widget will float in the screen when user scrolls down the list.

As Figure 3 illustrates, user want to find/compare the relevance between two different product. Users can highlight two different product by cursor, the widget will be activated.

As Figure4 illustrates, after the widget was activated, user could check the information that displayed not only the generality features of the multi-selected products, but user cares about. The higher relevance/user cares most would displayed in the bigger area. The widget will float in the screen when user scrolls down the list.

As Figure5 illustrates, user could check one of the detail comparisons via cursor hover (finger tap on touchable devices) , the comparison info-graphic chart will be enlarged. The widget will float in the screen when user scrolls down the list.

Application scenario: This solution can be elegantly applicable in the following scenario.

Scenario 1: In E-commerce websites, users usually struggled between two similar products. they could use this visualization widget to get the comparison at the same place, which including spec., reviews and prices, etc.

Scenario 2:In mail or social network websites, users usually be involved into some mail thread, activities or conversations that existed some people they don't know, for understand these participates quickly, users can use the visualization widget to quick understand the relationship between people and themselves
