A method and system is disclosed for enabling a real time interaction between advertisers and customers by leveraging a social Question and Answer (Q&A) system.  The method and system provides Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to enable advertiser interaction with customers.  The method and system leverages the CRM platform to increase advertisement quality and automatically upgrade native and search ads to refer users to Q&A channels.

Disclosed is a method and system for enabling a real time interaction between advertisers and customers by leveraging a social Question and Answer (Q&A) system.  The method and system provides Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform to enable advertiser interaction with customers.  The method and system leverages the CRM platform to increase advertisement quality and automatically upgrade native and search ads to refer users to Q&A channels.

The method and system enables the advertisers to run sponsored channels on Q&A platforms as illustrated in the figure 1.

As illustrated in figure 1, unbiased community members are also allowed to participate in discussions on sponsored channels.  In addition, the method and system facilitates query to question transformation as illustrated in figure 2.
