Abstract

The disclosure discloses an city energy efficiency assessment method based on the group energy consumption index system. Background:

   Energy efficiency assessment plays a very important role in the national energy policy-making. Clearing the level of the city's energy efficiency will help nation to allocate energy-saving resources to the area which have large energy-saving potential and week energy-saving capacity, such as, it can set different subsidies according to the city's energy efficiency status.

Current Solution and Problem

   Currently the city's energy-saving targets making still use the "top-down" approach to set the national basic targets, namely the minimum target, lack of the consideration of the specific characteristics of different cities. How to accord to the characteristics of the city and choose the appropriate benchmark in different city categories to judge the city energy efficiency rating is a big problem.

Our Idea

   Based on the principal component analysis result of the relevant energy efficiency indicators, get the main factor that impact the city's energy consumption, on the basis, calculate the best classification point of the main impact factor and paste the label for each city, then calculated the energy efficiency benchmark for each group, obtained city corresponding index system, and then get the city benchmarking results.
