A method and system for identifying one or more attendees of a conference call based

on an interaction history of the one or more attendees and voice recognition.

In an embodiment, the method and system analyzes the one or more attendees and determines whether the one or more attendees are meeting for a first time. The method and system analyzes the one or more attendees based on a confidence level by analyzing one or more previous interactions of the one or more attendees. The method and system analyzes the one or more previous interactions by utilizing information such as, but not limited to, agendas and people invited to meetings, one or more mail exchanges, one or more phone calls, one or more messaging communications between the one or more attendees, physical locations, reporting chain, frequency of previous interactions, time since a last interaction and previous meetings. The method and system also uses natural language processing (NLP) on available transcripts to determine interaction level between the one or more attendees. The method and system, then, determines a level of the one or more previous interactions between each of the one or more attendees of a current event. Based on the frequency and content of the one or more previous interactions, the method and system determines a relationship score between the one or more attendees of the conference. The relationship score can be 0 or 1, wherein 0 being no relationship and 1 being very close relationship between the one or more attendees.

Consider a scenario wherein a new attendee is entering a conference group or is interacting with the one or more attendees for the first time. In accordance with the scenario, the method and system enables the new attendee to identify an active speaker with the help of visual indications.
