Abstract

Current Problem: In hiring process, Recruiters, Hiring Managers will send emails on the next interview rounds to the applicants once the screening is completed. The next round can be a face to face interview where the applicants need to physically present to clear the round and the company location might not be known to the candidate. Proposed Solution: Connecting an Applicant tracking system with GPS system which will give a great candidate experience This is all about connecting the Applicant Tracking System with a GPS tool so when client sends interview instructions to a candidate (day, time, etc) it should also generate a map for the applicant automatically without searching the location manually on internet so they can get driving instructions on their smart phone. Benefits: è Time Saving è If we implement this feature within a company, it will be a great success to get more talent pool to work for our Smarter Company. è Candidate will reach the office on time for the interview è It gives great Candidate experience which tends to get more clients to purchase our product of the feature involved in the ATS. By configuring this GPS system in the ATS when the candidate receives the email from the recruiter or hiring manager along with the date, day and time it also gives driving instructions as soon as they click on the button which is in the email it starts navigating them to the office location without him/her searching manually about the place.
