In order to latch the loader to the tractor with the AML design, the lift cylinders

need to retract a little (about 10 to 30 mm) when the tractor pushes the loader.

The freedom can be achieved through a manual shut off valve between the 2 ports

of the lift cylinder and the accumulator. This solution is cheap but it is a 'uni-

directional' freedom. This means we can only close the lift cylinders when pushing

the loader with the tractor. If we push the loader too much before latching then the

lift cylinders will be too much retracted. Now, it will be no longer possible to latch

without connecting the hydraulic. This can take 2 trips of the tractor.

The improvement proposal is a bi directional freedom. This will allow retracting the

lift cylinders to a greater extent and then to extend them back to their previous

position to allow several latching trials.

Working:

By adding a small hydraulic accumulator connected to the barrel side of boom

hydraulic lift cylinders will provide the bi directional freedom in the following
