    Corporate wellness (or health incentive) programs are usually provided by an employer to its employees as an incentive (through awards) to support activities and behaviors that are conducive to the health of employees and their families. A wellness program contains physical, nutritional, and personal vitality/ergonomics activities. A vitality program normally provides various videos dedicated to coach and demonstrate activities that the participates can follow for better workspace wellness experience. Each program is designed with a specific purpose (e.g. mental, postures, muscles, tendons, stretches, back, neck, legs, arms, etc.), and by following the movements, a participant is expected to get temporary relief from the work and to prevent workspace related illness and even chronic diseases.

    However, such programs are usually implemented by a third party and without closely related to real time workspace conditions and employees' physical and cognitive status. Programs normally aren't fun and humors, and lack of motivation (other than money), which often results in an employee taking action in their free time or at the start or end of the participation period

just for the award, and programs aren't sustainable, even deviate from the behaviors and actions an employer wants to encourage and incentive.

    The question is how such program can be fully integrated into real workspace to prompt the health behavior, and improve the work efficiency at the same time to save money for the company from a long run? Collaboration is critical in workspace. Many human physical and cognitive factors can become issues to drag down collaboration efficiency. For instance, stresses related to a project and tensions among collaborators can accumulate to eventually harm the collaboration. Therefore, this article proposes an approach to select a vitality program in response to a threshold condition whose continuous development may cause significant decrease in collaboration efficiency, and use the program to mitigate and improve the condition to boost the efficiency.
