Background :
Users may want to reserve a conference/meeting room but the rooms are always fully booked. However, the existing reservation system can't provide the real usage state. If a meeting has been canceled or reschedule, the change won't be reflected to the reservation system. If the number of attendees is much less than the capacity of the room, it will waste resources.
