Usually, we received so many emails everyday. Sometimes, there may be several emails for one topic. Currently we need to check each email to make sure info is not missing. It is time-consuming.

The disclosure provides a method to remove those previous duplicate emails automatically.

Rules to keep the latest email for the same topic.

1) If no new email replied for the current email, then keep the current email.

2) If new email is replied for the current email, and all information (Messages, Attachments) in current email are included in new email, then current email can be deleted to trash box.
