Disclosed is a method and system for emitting light from a video screen . The method and system identifies different sources of light and accordingly emit appropriate light from the video screen for providing a real view of objects.

The method and system includes image object analysis software installed in a transparent display device which includes transparent light emitting diodes at the backside of the transparent display for emitting light from the video screen .

The image object analysis software is used to analyze a video content frame by frame to identify different sources of light by using comparative illumination level , direction of light and property of light. The comparative illumination level indicates brightness of the light and type of the light by analyzing the concentration level of the light to identify the source of light. The direction of light determines the light emitted from a particular direction. The property of light is a focus towards the direction such as searchlight , local spreading and the like. The image object analysis software also analyzes pattern of the source light to determine whether the light is from a car headlight or a street light and the like and emit the appropriate light from the video screen . Further, the image object analysis software is also used to identify position of the light in the video screen

The method and system supplies appropriate power to the appropriate transparent light emitting diodes based on the illumination level of the light . Further, the appropriate light emitted from the transparent display device can also move according to the movement of an object in the video. Similarly, the transparent display device also emits light while viewing images.

Fig. 1 illustrates a scenario of moving light in a television program.
