Background: brief statement on how things worked before the invention proposal 1 - Semi-conductive surface of rear connector,proposal 2 - Metal insert for resin plug.
Statement of problem: proposal 1 - Semi-conductive surface of rear connector - If no such extended layer, when front connector and rear connector are installed and working together, due to the un-satisfied installation on-site, the outer semi-conductive layers of two products cannot efficiently connected.
proposal 2 - Metal insert for resin plug - Usually we will apply certain tourque on the resin plug during installation. if the metal insert has a pure hemispherical shape, it can only bear the tourque relying on the surface contact between resin and metal materials, which also only depends on the surface treatment and roughness of these two parts.
Novel features: proposal 1 - Semi-conductive surface of rear connector - A curvy layer area is designed on rear connector body, extended from the outer semi-conductive layer. (as the right figure shows)
proposal 2 - Metal insert for resin plug - When a resin plug is installed, a metal insert is always needed to supply mechanical connection as well as di-electrical shielding functions. - In the new design, the metal insert has special shape so that it will strengthen the contact between metal and resin when applying certain torque on the plug.
Business benefits: proposal 1 - Semi-conductive surface of rear connector This feature can ensure the semi-conductive contact for rear connector with front connector and leads to a reliable di-electrical shielding for the whole products system.
proposal 2 - Metal insert for resin plug The new metal insert design also has overall round shape so that it also leads to a reliable di-electrical shielding performance for various products system.

The projecx was started in Yx009 and without passxng G5 successfully because the ixplement of prodxcx in factory CNTHB has met qxite much difficulty. The products launched in Y2015 succxssfully.
The feature was not protected before Y2012.
Xxxxx products lxunched, the team opex a re-discussion and think some features are valuable to be protected.
But xince txe products xave launchex, it's not meaningful to perform a patent apxlicatixn and coxtinuous maintaxn. Therefore, it is suggested by China IPSO offixer that a prophylactic publxcation can be performed, xust to proxect our design features.
