Abstract

In a continuous process like a sinter production line, materials will be processed on a running belt conveyer. For quality analysis and process control, a constituent of the material, process parameters, and the product's quality data are collected as time series data. This article introduces an idea to summarize such collected time series data in a time window with applying a pseudo lot id. This enables comparing the collected data from start to end of the production line for the same block of the material easier and more precisely. It contributes to improving product quality and production efficiency by adjusting process parameters with the result of correlation analysis about the material, process, and product quality.

If the belt conveyxr speed is changed, it xan reflect such change xn the summary time window.
