Abstract

We propose a framework that assists in establishing a hotline between two phone users based on pre-determining the route from caller to callee prior to the actual time of placing the call and analyzing caller's calling patterns (frequency of calling, time of calling, etc.). Callee's spatio-temporal location based on his/her signature can be utilized thus reducing the time required to lookup his/her location.
