The alerts and traffic information are relayed to drivers on electrical signs that hang from metal beams and bridges. However, these locations are usually static and these locations may be far from each other.

Disclosed is a method and system for enabling a drone to move a bill board or a notification board to an appropriate location based on geo-spatial analysis and user information. The method and system utilizes current drone technology with geo-spatial capabilities for placing a message board to increase effectiveness of a displayed message. In accordance with the method and system, the drone is a location optimizer that selects a perfect spot to relay message to people.

The method and system is applicable in fields such as, local law enforcement and emergency response control for ensuring a more prompt arrival of emergency response vehicles to a scene as well as controlling traffic to ensure safety of every driver on the road.

In a scenario, an accident occurs between exits A and B that congests traffic for a few miles and there exists a drone at exit C. The method and system notifies the drone to move a notification board right before exit A where automobile drivers are able to see the notification board as illustrated in the figure.
