WIFI routers are widely used at home or in the office, but there is some radiation from the router and it is also not environment friendly. In order to save energy and minimize unnecessary radiation, people would manually power off the router if no mobile devices (PC, mobile phone, Pad, etc) access internet again. But this way is not smart and effective, because people may often forget to turn off the power supply. The present inventory provides one system and method of turning on/off the WIFI router by applications used by mobile devices in one on Demand model. For example, the mobile device need to access internet if users are opening mobile application to share photos with friends or opening web browser via mobile device.New WIFI modules can detect user's requirement to access internet and respond it to open WIFI router automatically. Similarly, If users no longer use these applications and close them, then WIFI route module will also detect the close request, and respond it to close WIFI router. The advantages include: 1. It's smart and effective to access internet via WIFI router. 2. It can obviously reduce radiation and energy consumption.

To implement the invention, both smart devices and WIFI router need some new hardware devices added .
1, Hardware Support:
1.1 Add one module (Order Module ) in mobile device to transmit the pulse of "WIFI router switch" signal. It can use existing technique (microwave/Bluetooth/ultrasound, etc). The module can send out start/stop command by detecting internet access requirement in mobile device according user's operation in smart devices.
1.2 Add one servo module in WIFI router (Response Module ), it support following functions:
1) Receive the command signal from Order Module
2) Start/stop the wireless signals transmitting device
2, Implementation Process
1) While mobile device users are trying to visit the internet applications (For example: web based communication application or browser), it needs to trigger a pulse to initiated WIFI signal transmission. Order Module will send the pulse signal(Start signal) to Response Module to start the 'wireless router'. After Response Module receives the signal, it will start wireless transmission.
