Email is one of most common communication tool in our daily life, especially for business exchanges. Everyday, tens and hundreds mails will be sent, replied, forwarded. The large amount of mail loops always caused a lot of effort to go through for an entire understanding of the mail contents.

This disclosure introduced a way to deal with mess of long replied/forwarded mail loops. When the mail is multiple replied/forwarded, only one mail will be displayed in the mail box, with all the replied/forwarded contents, all the previous mails will be moved to the archive as preservation.
