Disclosed is a method and system for modifying multi -media content for one or more sensitive viewers in real-time based on feedback from one or more other viewers .
The method and system disclosed herein includes a parental control module. The parental control module allows a sensitive user to set one or more parental controls based on one or more parameters.
The parental control module is utilized for monitoring and modifying content based on other user's feedback. Once the feedback is collected, the parental module modifies multi-media content. Thereafter, the parental control module renders/displays the modified content with a slight delay. In an implementation, the feedback is collected in an automatic biometric input form which monitors discomfort of one or more viewers
while viewing a scene of an element of a multi-media content and rates one or more scenes of content accordingly. In another implementation, the feedback is collected as a manual logging or rating of one or more scenes by one or more previous or current viewers of a multi-media content.
Once the parental control module obtains feedback from one or more other users, the parental control module provides a numeric rating to every multi-media element in a multi-media content for one or more categories, wherein categories may include sex, language, violence, drugs, nudity and other one or more parameters.
