Abstract

This disclosure relates to a suction cup for demarcating a surface on which a physicochemical treatment is applied. During the manufacturing and maintaining of aircrafts, several operations of surface treatment are carried out by operators. Some of these treatments only need to be applied on localized areas. A main embodiment of the invention is a surface treatment device comprising an enclosure fixed to the surface to be treated by a depression phenomenon, a system to control the depression maintaining the enclosure on the surface and a system to supply and remove the chemical treatment from the enclosure.

ABSTRACT

This disclosure relates to a suction cup for demarcating a surface on which a physicochemical treatment is applied and a method to carry out a physicochemical surface treatment without impacting the external environment.

During the manufacturing and maintaining of aircrafts, several operations of surface treatment are carried out by operators. Those operations can involve, for example, paint removal or degreasing detergents. Such chemical treatments of surfaces might be abrasive and dangerous both for the environment and for the operator. Moreover some treatments only need to be applied on localized areas.

ABSTRACT

It is proposed a surface treatment device and method which can solve the problems associated with the prior- art.

A main embodiment of the invention is a surface treatment device comprising an enclosure fixed to the surface to be treated by a depression phenomenon, a system to control the depression maintaining the enclosure on the surface and a system to supply and remove the chemical treatment from the enclosure.

Advantageously there is a mark on the enclosure identifying the extremity of the treatment tube.

Le principe consiste à :

Remplir une seringue d'acide

Planter la seringue dans la ventouse, via un trou prévu à cet effet.

Mettre en place la ventouse par pression sur cette dernière.

Libérer l'acide dans la chambre ainsi formée.

Laisser agir 2h…
