Abstract

In internet marketing, search advertising is a method of placing online advertisements on web pages that show results from search engine queries. Search advertisements are targeted to match keywords entered on search engine. The targeting ability has contributed to the attractiveness of search advertising for advertiser. Current advertising often use companies and products names or companies and products attributes or extensions such as competitors and popular words in the industry. Our invention propose a system to suggest keyword about popular events for advertiser including four components: popularity prediction, relevant product mining, keyword generation and company recommendation.

Hot spots can attract a high number of searchers and be searched by a large number of people.

Suggesting keyword about popular events is useful for advertiser. The invention includes two task: detecting popular product in hot spots and predicting popular product in hot spots. The first one refers to detect popular product in an event when it is hot and the second one refers to predict popular product in an event before it outbreaks .
