It is a common practice that clients send certain issues/requests to support teams via emails which are forwarded to engineering for further investigation as needed. Once engineering comes back with some resolution/recommendation, support team end up copy-pasting the resolution into the original thread because clients need not/should not know the engineering email addresses. There is a probability of bypassing support and thus bypassing the process in future if client gets to know engineering. Can we simplify this ?

Proposal is to have methods set where the sender is presented with options to remove all or certain email addresses in the body of the email while forwarding. For example, we can have an option, "Forward - remove email addresses". This option will remove all/selected email addresses and then creates the body of the email which can then be forwarded by the sender.

Facilities:


1. Provision of automatically removing the email addresses from the email thread being forwarded.

2. Based on the above, selectively removing email addresses from a particular email thread.
