To deliver FE measurement which require rotational measurements a rotating sleeve which is built on the non-rotational tool body could enable the possibility to create measurements/images while drilling with the non-rotating string

Description:


 1. sensors mounted on a rotational sleeve on the non-rotating tool body


 2. through the rotation of that sleeve azimuthal multiple sectors images for FE measurements can be delivered for drilling BHA's which are not rotating


 3. data transmission and electrical power transmission will be provided via a slip ring device

Azimuthal rotational measurements availability on current non rotating drilling systems Possible power generation via build on turbine blades onto this sleeve with magnetic clutch principle.

Rotational Sleeve will enable rotational measurement, i.e. Images, Annulus Flow measurements on non-rotating drillstrings like Coil Tubing drilling BHA's. Possible power generation via build on turbine blades onto this sleeve with magnetic clutch principle.
