3) Assembling process

The concave mirror, liquid crystal panel and light source were assembled in HUD body. Finally the filter material was set on the exit aperture of the HUD body.

Multilayer Film Product with Shatter Resistance

Product

A multilayer product with shatter resistance is made of a multilayer polyester film. This film is made by coextruding and biaxially orienting over 200 very thin layers with nanometer thickness. It can reject light from near infrared to far infrared effectively and has high solar energy shading performance. It is not made of metalized polyester film, so it does not affect electromagnetic waves. It also has good shatter resistance.
