Background


As mobile application industry developed rapidly, QR(Quick Response) code become a very important interface for people to get information and for company to get visitors. There are so many QR code surrounding us, in the subway station, the bus stops, the super markets and leaflets we received a lot every day.

Problem


People are always wondering what the information the QR (Quick Response) code stand for is and what is behind them. However, at the same time, we're also afraid of the risk to scan and use them.

The main reason of this fear is that:
1. If the QR (Quick Response) code stand for a superlink, which it always does, and an unknown application or page opened by it. Is the page safe to use?

Does it contain virus or other security issue that may lead to critical personal information leak or be harmful to the mobile devices?

2. Will this page contain improper content which will embarrass you in a public environment, or does the content contain information which may make you feel uncomfortable, such as adult or religion related.
