Abstract

It is normally hard for the receiver or the mail room stuff to locate an individual package because they are all alike in a box shape. And the receivers themselfs or those stuff may have to pick every package to examine the names/phone number to find it. This article proposes a method, by converting the bill id to a unique shape and color combination, to solve this problem.

Method and system to add unique human-

Normally in life, a mail/delivery package from online order should be sent in hands of receivers. However there are times that people would like their packages to be sent to their office, where it's often not easy to be really receieved in hands but to a mail room.

Another aspect of it for those packages that need personal signature, the delivery man may have to phone call the receiver to a public common area of their office building to pick up their packages. And in this case, the delivery man often brings a lot of those packages.

Those two scenarios have a common issue -- it is hard for the receiver or the mail room stuff to locate his package because they are all alike in a box shape. And the receivers themselfs or those stuff may have to pick every package to examine the names/phone number to find it.

In this invention, a unique shape and color combination of express bill is proposed to solve this problem. During the printing process of this bill paper, the system will randomly generate a shape scope and color information, make it real in this paper and meanwhile, record it in the delivery system. When the delivery man finally make contact with the end receivers by the system, it will inform the end receivers about the information of this color and shape by photos. So that they can easily find it fast in real.

Here comes an example...

At the receiver side, for example, Customer 1 received the message that tells him/her package is "Rectangle+Red", then he/she can identify his/her package quickly in lots of packages as shown in Picture 1.

At sender side, when someone wants to send a package, before the printer prints the express bill, it will communicate with express company's central service, input the package's receivers' address, deliver date, expected arrive date, central service will based on the policy "same address at expected delivered date has less same shape and color combination" policy to calculate the shape and color for this package, such as "rectangle, red", and then the printer will print based on the response. That way, we can make sure packges devliver to same address in same date has different co...
