Abstract

Existing single or double bonded stud-elements are not really suitable for mounting payloads on uneven target surfaces. Exact positioning of bonded stud-elements to each other on uneven target surfaces is difficult or not possible. Furthermore the on payload contacted elements of each bonded stud are not parallel to the similar contacted elements of other bonded studs. Consequently larger diameter of mounting holes are needed resulting in parasite and dangerous pre-stressing forces and furthermore unequal distribution of workloads between studs. The proposal is a Bonding adaptor, comprising a connection plate and three swivel feet for using at plane, concave, convex and free-form target surfaces.

1. ABSTRACT

2. DISCLOSURE

The proposal is a Bonding adaptor, comprising a connection plate and three swivel feet for using at plane, concave, convex and free-form target surfaces (see following Figures in section 3. Images).

Advantages:
- Possibility for mounting of bonding adaptor at uneven (concave, convex, free-form) target surfaces (see Fig. 5),

- Connection between feet and connection plate before bonding to target surface eliminate in advance tolerance problem in the difference of well-known solution,

- Equal distribution of workloads between each of the three feet of the bonding adaptor trough play-free clearance of feet insertion into connection plate and thus exactly forecast of workload on every foot, higher load compatibility and safety of using.
