Background

It could be a trend that people do not like to read a detailed text described user instruction book when they start to use a new home appliance product or trouble shoot the product. Home appliance product tends to be easily operated with very brief instruction. In current market most products are provided with a quick start guide with short texts and simple illustration pictures to instruct user how to operate the basic functions of the product step by step. However some consumers may not have interest to read the quick start guide, or the brief instruction is not easily understandable to certain consumers and so that they are not able to properly operate the products. Some consumer starts to operate the product by trial and error.

Problems or disadvantages overcome by the solution

Consumer tends to acquire instruction by easy and direct ways like video demonstration. The solution delivers instruction video to user's video streaming device and such video demonstrate the user how to operate the product.
