Proactive QA system

QA(Questoin and answer) system is very popular. Whenever one user meets a question, most often he'll seek internet for help. He inputs his question and searches on internet, many similar questions and answers may be searched out. From time to time, the user searched out one question without answer, but he knows the author(who posts the question) should know the answer. For example, the user searched out one question:

'I'll go to a Company X for job interview this afternoon, anyone can share me tips during the interview?'

The question was posted on 2014/11/11. But no answer to it. And now it's 2015/11/11. So the user knows the author has got interview experience in Company X. But since it's happened 1 year ago, it may not be a good time for the author to answer this question. The best time maybe the night of 2014/11/11 right after the interview or 2014/11/12, the day after the interview.

This invention presents a method to remind/motivate the author to answer his own question when he's supposed to be able to at a suitable time.

For the questions which the author could answer, this invention presents a method of remind and motivate the author to answer his own questions which is beneficial to other users
