Nowadays, more and more people send and receive delivery or packages in their daily life. During the process, the sensitive personal information, such as the contact address, telephone number, package content, can be disclosed and be mal-used, and thus lead to unexpected result.

The invention provides a system to avoid personal information leaks during the process of sending and receiving express mails and packages. The system is comprised of two parts, an APP generating encrypted QR code and a storing machine called automatic feeder storing express mails for receivers. The system will cover the following steps:
Step 1. A sender generates a QR code containing personal information of sender and receiver and a password for the receiver to take packages. The password will be told to the receiver by sender.

Step 2. The sender sends out the express mail and only general area information (e.g., location of automatic feeder in certain district) is attached on the surface of the express mail package.

Step 3. After logistics, the package will be delivered by a courier. The courier will deliver the package to the specified automatic feeder and not

wait for the receiver.

Step 4. Automatic feeder will scan QR code on the package, retrieve the telephone number of the receiver and send a notification message to him.

Step 5. The receiver will get the package from the automatic feeder via the notification message and the password from the sender. In contrast with existing methods, our invention has the following advantages:


1. Only general area information is disclosed on the package/mail express list;

2. Senders' and receivers' personal information are always hidden in QR code during the whole process of express mails.

3. The information in QR code is encrypted by a random secret key. The information will not be divulged even though QR code is missing.


4. The whole delivery process of package is very few person intervention, and packages distribution, inform receiver, receiver getting

Our invention is comprised of two parts, an APP generating encrypted QR code and an automatic feeder. The APP provides a secure way to transfer senders and receivers' personal information. As described in the following flow chart, firstly, a sender will input sender and receiver's personal information to the APP; and then, the APP will encrypt the information using AES algorithm via a random secret key, upload the secret key to data base and generate QR code; at last, automa...
