Abstract

In the huge cities, subway system brings new traffic issue for passengers, such as ‘hard enter and hard exit’ because of using only one door for both enter and exit. This disclosure illustrates a new train internal structure to improve the space utilization and reduce the passenger congestion. By comparing the old train internal structure and the new train internal structure, the new train internal structure is proved more effective using the train space.

Railways are a major means of passenger transportation in the huge cities, for mass and high-speed transport between major cities and for commuter transport in metropolitan areas. Cities such as Tokyo, Beijing, New York, which have ten million population, build subway system to balance ground traffic. It brings another traffic issue: passenger jam.

Normally, in rush hours, passengers are facing trouble 'hard enter and hard exit' because of using one door for enter and exit. The most obvious way of Exit/Enter subway, to avoid to be blocked into carriages and miss getting off, is keeping close with the entrances. This way causes a vicious circle, 'hard enter and hard exit'.

Now some subway trains are designed to let passengers get on and get off with separate doors, it helps to avoid people to stay at entrance to be a blocker, but based on trains' structure, the space utilization between the horizontal doors is low.

Therefore, the disclosure discloses a new train internal structure to improve the space utilization and reduce the passenger congestion.

Assuming passengers get in and get off train in a queue, through increasing the moving distance from enter door to exit door, to increase the space utilization, to release passenger congest, especially release the congest near the doors.

Set the pair of doors diagonally.
