Abstract

This invention takes advantage of the fact that: each delivery package is assigned with unique identified number when the courier pickups it from the last depot/node of the delivery system or express self service position. In this case, per package is pasted with an easily recognizable label for example number 1-N which will be updated to the package info in the delivery system, when the packages arrive in the destination, the receiver is notified with the identified number by message or looks up the identified number in logistic system. Not only could the couriers settle the packages in order in cart or express self service position, but also receivers or couriers could search and locate the right one with the clear number label on the package quickly and easily, instead of spending a lot of time to look up little and unclear phone number or receiver's name/address on the express receipts.

(depot delivery destination) a

nd it takes couriers or receivers several minutes even more time to look up the package with receiver's name or telephone, especially during sales promotion like the November 11 Singles'Day Shopping Spree . If the receiver's address or name or telephone number is damaged or unclear sometimes, the searching will be more difficult and take them longer time. The invention helps the couriers and receivers to search and locate delivery packages from piles of packages quickly and easily .

Our invention includes five steps:

Step #1: When courier A pickups the packages from the last node (depot) in the delivery system or the packages arrive on the express self service position, not only does the postal delivery system record the courier's info like name/phone number/delivering date, but also allocates unique identified number to each package, such as 1 for Receiver 1 and N for Receiver N. One big label with clear and big ID number is pasted on package, here such label could be recycled an reused. Many packages could be settled in order with the ID number.

Usually we prefer to pick up the delivery package in the office area or outside of the community after getting the phone or message notification from the courier.
