Abstract

In day to day office activities, E-mail is the primary way of communication. If a person is on leave, 'out of office' functionality notifies sender about unavailability of the person. The out of office notification email clearly states the return date of person. However there is no mechanism to remember and notify when the person is returning to office. If sender needs to follow up with that particular person, it is important to remember the receiver's return date. Our novel disclosed mechanism provides the way to 'save and remind' receiver's return date.
