Disclosed is an article for reduction of the effort involved in consolidating data in multiple emails sent by many persons on the same subject.

It is best explained using the following usecases:

Usecase 1:

Take for example, if a manager at an office sends out an email to his 8 employees with the following table to be filled by each employee.

In this case, the manager would be happy if all his employees fills the same instance of table in his sent email so that he will get the consolidated data containing all employees' information.

But in real, some employees may use "Reply To ALL" option & some may use "Reply" option & some employees may fill the same table instance in the manager's email & some other employees
may create a new table instance by copying the same table into their reply email & filling in the details.

So in all these cases, it will be extra effort for the manager to consolidate all data together from different emails into one table.

Usecase 2:


In another example, assume a person sends out an email to his group of 15 friends to know about money contribution towards another friend's marriage gift or to one of his friend's hospital expenses.

Again in this case, different people will reply to all or individually in separate emails to the lead person.

So the lead person has to collect money contribution details from each email & then has to calculate the total amount.

So there is a need for a software which assist him/her in this case by automatically capturing money contribution details by different friends into a single table & automatically adding them & sending a final
consolidated mail to the email sending person.

Usecase 3:


Take for example, if a lead person sends out a email to around 15 people about going on team lunch on a particular date.

The replies from different team persons will be similar to "I am joining", or "I may not be

joining", or "I am available", or "I am unavailable".

So there is a need for a software which automatically understands this sentence in this context & consolidates different email replies into a single email & sends it to lead person.

In this case, the proposed software in this system would capture & understand the sentence in the replied emails from different persons & then it would assign words like "Available", or "Unavailable", or
"Tentative" against each person in the final consolidated email to be sent to the lead person.

So in all of the above discussed usecases, there is a need to consolidate data in many emails sent by different person into one table of data or in one email.

In some cases, when numbers are involved then it would be great if a software calculates the total amount.
