Abstract

Currently there is no system in place to respond to urgent mails when a user is not connected to data network for elongated duration. For e.g. User is travelling to a remote area which does not have data network connectivity & also user does not have smart phones with mail app. But user has to respond to important emails urgently. This article proposes a system where third party user can create a representative, time bound, guest email account for primary user's email account with access restricted to only select mail(s) with read/reply/forward access.
