In our daily work, we always work through the way of the conference. However, conference will take up a lot of autonomous working time. We have to concentrate on what the speaker is saying from start to finish, and then pick up the content that we are interested in. In most cases, we don't need to know the

whole content. In this way, we will waste a lot of valuable working time. Therefore, a more efficient and personal way of conference is a must.

Till now, there are a few solutions to improve the efficiency of the conference. One way is to send different invitations to different groups of person, but they will become invalid if the conference runs out of the scheduled time. Another day is to inform target audience when the host trigger the events they are interested. This approach is lack of automation and synchronism. Although the existing solutions can solve some of the problems, it's obvious that they have their own disadvantages. For this patent, we are about to find out an effective way for the audience to be able to join in the conference only when they are interested in the upcoming content.

We'd like to come up with an idea to help the conference attendees to save their time to attend the part of the conference which interests them instead of

joining the conference at the very beginning and listening to all the contents. The attendees can get a notification to ask if they are about to join the conference
