The proposed producing process comprises:

- Extrusion raw material to get the gray part (see Fig.2);
- Welding the green part (see Fig.2) onto the outside;

- Rough machining by CNC (prepare for lead shielding);
- Assemble lead;

- Finish machining and paint (Fig. 3);

- Assemble housing (see Fig.4).

Currently, it commonly uses casting to make the tube housing, it is proposed in this article to use extrusion with some special design to make the tube housing. Casting maybe bring the inside defect, it is the risk for the tube.

As an example, Casting ( material is A356 T6)minimal tensile strength is 234Mpa and minimal elongation of 3.5%, whilst Extrusion (material AL 6060-T66) minimal tensile strength is 195Mpa and minimal elongation of 6%.
