Systems to analyze customer behavior are largely based on data collected via the web during the course of user interaction with a mobile device (i.e., accessing web pages or native applications). This approach limits the input data as it can capture only the web based data that the user enters on a web page.

No efficient system exists that can collect, analyze, and link real life data collected through IOT and other devices to a customer's web data. Further, no systems use that information for accurate customer behavior prediction and the application of such in future marketing strategy decisions.

A system or method is needed to accurately track user behavior by extending the source of information to real-world data. Real-world data includes a customer's biological factors such as blood pressure, facial expressions, and other trackable factors. Real-world data needs to be captured while the user is interacting with a web page or system.

The novel contribution is a cloud-based customer behavior analytical system using a real-world user's body parameters captured through Internet of Things (IoT) devices and web data analytics to support an efficient decision making process related to marketing strategy. Through IoT devices, the system captures the customer's body parameters
(i.e., biological factors) along with the web interaction data. The system then analyzes the data to identify the customer's actual experience; mapping the web page interaction with biological data received from the IoT devices indicates how the customer's behavior is associated with certain body parameters. Users (e.g., retailers, manufacturers, advertisers, etc.) apply the data to create personalized marketing campaigns.

During mapping and analysis various, the system considers factors such as initial stage parameter values, the customer's physical proximity to the device and timestamp mapping of the IoT data and web interaction data.

The Cloud Based Customer Behavior Analytical System is comprised of the following components:

Real-world data capture application on IoT devices: Each of the customer's registered IoT devices runs the application, which captures the customer's body parameters based on the customer's access to the business portal. The application begins capturing data upon user login to the business portal. The server can send the signal to the device via the application service.

The application needs to make a payload of data, which includes the customer's body parameters (e.g., blood pressure, stress level, audio levels, facial expressions, physical

proximity to the device, gestures, timestamp, etc.) The system sends this payload to the server based on configured parameters (e.g., time intervals, events, etc.).
