Marketing software is continuing to take advantage of location events to engage with customers in real time. However, actually presenting a message to a perdson in real time is often difficult. End-to-end solutions exist that incorporate intelligent location-based technologies and cloud-based digital marketing platforms. Events flow from one system to the other, are filtered against a set of criteria and rules for the customer, and then if the user and event are deemed worthy of a message, the system sends the event through a mobile engagement code stream to the user's device. Variables such as time zones, geography, and dependencies on certain operating system often inhibit the successful delivery of a message in real time.

A method or system is needed that can begin processing the potential for a campaign before the actual triggered event occurs, as well as define a level of confidence that the event will actually occur, to prevent the waste of computing power.
