Employees are an organization's key assets. Finding the right candidate for an organization who has the right skills for the job and who is likely to stay with the organization for a long time is not an easy job. Finding the right candidate is definitely difficult. At the same time, getting the right person to evaluate a candidate is also important. An interviewer needs to be able to evaluate the candidate to make sure the skills mentioned in the resume are validated, if the answers given by the candidate are his own and not premeditated and if the candidate is truly deserving. Another important aspect during interview is gauging how long the candidate is likely to stay with the organization. Employee Attrition is always costly for an organization.

Depending on the vacancy to be filled up and the skills mentioned in the resume of the candidate, an interviewer can be selected depending on the following factors :


1) Identify an interviewer based on the number of interviews taken by the person for other vacancies matching the skills required for the currency vacancy.

2) Identify an interviewer based on the selection % by the person. i.e number of people selected out of the number of people interviewed.

3) Identify an interviewer based on the % of candidates who joined the organization after rolling out of confirmation letters and how quickly they joined.
