Abstract

This disclosure uses a viewable color/rating system to visibly indicate an assessed value on email or meeting lists as a means to indicate a "degree of closeness" of the recipient. This allows the list of email or meeting recipients to be instantly weighted or sorted and gives the viewer a way to determine if they are closely associated with that recipient. That will show which are valid and will highlight those recipients that might not be known or related to the viewer.
